The Saint Michael’s Medical Center Department of Podiatry specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions of the foot and ankle. Whether your problems stems from disease, injury, or genetics, we are here for you. Our podiatrists treat conditions ranging from common concerns such as athlete’s foot, bunions, and hammertoes to more complex issues such as bone and joint disorders, fractures, sprains, and foot care for diabetics.

Saint Michael’s Medical Center provides residency training in podiatry covering science and clinical education. Our foot and ankle orthopedic surgeons are medical doctors (MDs) or doctors of pediatric medicine (DPMs) specializing in foot and ankle surgery. Both orthopedists and podiatrists can diagnose and treat medical conditions affecting the foot and ankle.
