Fast Track

The Fast Track unit within our Emergency Department has five exam rooms dedicated for patients who have minor injuries or illnesses.

Patients who arrive in our Emergency Department are assessed within minutes of arriving. If the triage staff determines the patient has a minor injury or illness, they will be sent to the Fast Track unit, which can treat a wide variety of non-life threatening illnesses.

Patients are typically seen by a medical staff within 15 minutes and are sent home within 75 minutes.
