Program Structure
Our Cardiology Fellowship Program offers:
- Dedicated learning experiences in electrophysiology, echocardiography, cardiac catheterization, nuclear cardiology, and stress testing.
- Rotations through coronary care units, consultation services, inpatient cardiology services
- Elective time for additional research and training in preventive cardiology, interdisciplinary imaging techniques, cardiovascular surgery, cardiomyopathy, and vascular medicine
- Focus on covering coronary, valvular, myocardial, pericardial, electrical and peripheral arterial diseases in term of pathogenesis, epidemiology, clinical features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, management and prevention.
Curriculum
We pride ourselves on strong didactics given by faculty and fellows, and rotations available in advanced imaging including cardiac MRI, coronary CT, exposure to structural procedures such as TAVR, Mitral Clip, and Appendage closure devices.
Schedule
Schedule consists of rotations in Consults, Non-invasive, EP, and Cath Lab across two hospitals. Call schedule is divided between the fellows for both weekday and weekend calls.
